How to wear it

How to measure: Using a soft tape measure, wrap it around your body at belly button level — not the narrowest part of your waist, not your hips. Keep the tape level and snug but not tight. Match that number to the chart below.

Postpartum note: your waist measurement may still be changing in the weeks after birth. If you're between sizes or unsure, size up — a slightly looser fit is more comfortable to wear all day, and our Fit Guarantee means we'll exchange it if the size isn't right.
