30-Day Fit Guarantee

We know finding the right fit matters, especially for a postpartum body. If your HoldWell Postpartum Support Vest doesn't fit right, we'll exchange it for a different size free of charge within 30 days of delivery. Just email us at support.holdwell@gmail.com with your order number and the size you'd like instead. You do not need to return the original item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your vest arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support.holdwell@gmail.com with a photo of the issue, and we will send a free replacement at no extra cost.

Other Returns

Outside of a sizing exchange or a defective item, we do not currently offer cash refunds. Please check our size guide before ordering, and reach out with any questions — we are happy to help you choose the right size.
